Eminent LLC supplies heavy machinery spare parts from a Dubai hub to mining and construction clients worldwide. We delivered the identity, the corporate website, and an email signature system that keeps a distributed sales team consistent — then found the real constraint on the business and built the automation that removed it.
Parts trading is a trust business conducted mostly by email with buyers who have never met the seller. A mine in one country is asking a trader in Dubai to source components for machines that are currently stopped. Before anyone sends a purchase order, they want evidence that the counterparty is real, established and competent.
Eminent had the inventory network and the logistics, but no coherent presence to establish any of that. There was no website worth sending a buyer to, and every salesperson's email signature looked different — which, in a business where the email is the storefront, quietly undercuts the impression on every message sent.
Underneath the presentation problem sat an operational one: quoting was slow, because confirming part availability meant looking up each number by hand in the manufacturer's own web catalogue.
The identity was built around the material reality of the business — heavy machinery, undercarriage components, mining and earthmoving — in a dark industrial register with a full logo suite in light, dark and group variants, delivered with layered source files so the client can produce derivatives without coming back to us.
The website is deliberately small and entirely static, deployed to Cloudflare Pages with nothing executing on request. For a trading business, a site that is fast, always up and free to run beats a CMS nobody updates. It carries real photography of the product category, proper Open Graph metadata so a link pasted into WhatsApp or an email thread renders as a credible card, and three clear propositions: global reach, inventory breadth, rapid logistics.
The copy is honest about stage. Rather than faking a catalogue, the contact section states that the online catalogue is being updated and routes buyers to the sales team — which is both true and, for this audience, faster than a search interface would have been.
We also built an email signature builder — a small self-contained tool where a staff member fills in their details, sees a live preview, and copies a signature that pastes correctly into Outlook, Gmail or Apple Mail, with an optional confidentiality disclaimer. It solves the consistency problem permanently without anyone needing to edit HTML.
Eminent has a coherent presence a buyer can be sent to, a signature system that makes every outbound email look like it came from the same company, and quotation turnaround that is no longer measured in days.
Hosting costs nothing and there is no server to patch — appropriate for a business whose competitive advantage is inventory and logistics, not infrastructure.
Eminent is the second client where we ended up spanning brand, web and custom software. The first was Strong Plant Group, where the same pattern extended into ISO certification as well. It keeps happening for the same reason: how a business presents itself and how it actually operates are the same problem viewed from two ends.
In a trade business, the email
is the storefront.
How you present the business and how it
runs are the same problem, from two ends.
